Vendor Details and Application

Event Details:

  • This is a sustainability focused vendor fair. Co-hosted by The Freedom Cafe, Climate Action NH and New Moon NH. We expect to host 35 vendors with strong emphasis on sustainable and ethical products and practices. You will be asked in your application to share ways that your business prioritizes those goals.

  • The event expects to draw 400 guests from around the seacoast and UNH.

  • We are looking for a mix of artist, artisans, retail and food and beverage vendors.

  • Upon completion of the application, you will be notified of your acceptance by email and will be sent an invoice for your registration fee. Your placement as a vendor will be secured upon payment of the invoice.

Location Details

  • Field and vendor spaces are flat and accessible via gravel access road

  • Drive up load in before 11am, event begins at noon

  • Vendor parking at lower lot 1/4 mile away

  • Porta Potties and wash station on site

  • Electricity available upon request

  • No Wifi - however wireless phones have a good signal

How We Use Your Registration Fee:

The Freedom Cafe is a 501C3 nonprofit providing training and resources to address human trafficking and commercial exploitation. Registration fees will support the costs of hosting the festival with all proceeds going directly into our education and direct service program budget.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand life events occur and plans change! Please review our cancellation policy thoroughly before applying to ensure this is the right opportunity for you. To cancel, you must notify Freedom Cafe at ([email protected]) by the following dates:

  • 100% refund: If notified at least 30 days before the date of the event.

  • 50% refund: If notified at least 14 days before the date of the event.

  • No refund: If notified 7 days or less before the date of the event.
